Update Nav System

I recently purchased a 2001 RX300 for my daughter and the navigation system has not been updated since it left the factory. I am know there are at least 7 updates. Do you have to update sequentially, that is, version 1 then 2 then 3 all the way up to the latest update?

You need only the most recent nav DVD. You can see what you need at http://www.lexusnavigation.com/what_to_order.php

I think the attached installation instructions will work for you.

I see only one version 12.1 nav disc on eBay that will work in your RX but its price is little different than what you will pay at a Lexus dealer.
