I have a little bit of an issue. My Girlfriends Rx300 has had a consistent problem with the DS window breaking loose from the supports that are supposed to be attached, aka glued, to it and then bolted to the regulator rail sliding inserts. I have tried re-gluing it to the those "sashes" to only have them break loose from the glass again in no time. The problem is that the sashes have become gunked up so bad that they cannot be relied on anymore. Oh that and the fact that the damned sashes are impossible to find online, are NOT refered to in any way in the repair/ service manual, and do not appear to come with any regulator I have found for sale online. Does anyone have any insight to this issue?
