Since my SC400 has a cracked/worn driver seat I would like to do some updating instead of just covering it with standard tan.

Has anyone done a 2-tone interior? My car is black with light tan interior.

I'm thinking of black leather seats with light tan suede pads and tan stiching.

Would anyone have pictures of 2-tone seats or other custom interiors.

(No orange ostrich seats please.... :D )

Thanks!!

94BLKSC400, My personal opinion, stick with the original light tan color. Two tone interior does not look good in a Sc.

It looks like the RAZO. You can change out the inserts, as well as go with chrome or aluminum.

You can see some slections here...

I haven't decided which one yet, but these are the best automtaic replacements I've found.

Enjoy

Sorry that I took so long to reply.

The car that you are looking at with the two-tone interior is mine.

The pictures do not show the true color. They look too bright in the pictures.

They are Tuscony leather and are glove soft. They have been in for two yeras and are great.

THe shift knob is a RAZO. YOu can get a knock-off version on Ebay for about $45.00. But I do not recommend it. I tried that one and it fell apart in 6 months.

I finally got a real RAZO for twice the money, but it have been OK for 1 1/2 years.

YOu can get one here: http://www.cardomain.com/item/RAZRA106

THe wheel is covered in a Wheel Skin. It looks and feels like leather and that is because it is real leather. YOu have to Sew it on. All of the instructions come with it and it is easy, if a bit tedious. It takes about 2 hours to do if you are careful. YOu can get them is a number of colors and styles here: http://www.wheelskins.com/index.php

I have the wheelskin cover for my steering wheel as well. It really was an easy way to mod the worn wheel. I matched the tan versus the dark taupe of my wheel...it looks pretty sweet.
