I was told that I have 90,000 miles service due sooner or later. But, never explained about what service will be performed from factory. It would be a better idea for you to check out other Toyota Specialists around town. I've come across specialists charging $600-800 for this service. I'm gonna 90,000 miles service from Independent shop in my town within a month. I got labor charge at $300 if I supply all parts. I'm gonna buy following parts:Timing belt,Water pump,Timing belt idler pulley L&R,Timing belt tensioner,spark Plugs with cables,Rotors,Caps,Fuel Filter,K&N Air Filter,Thermostat,ACC Filter,Drive Belts,PCV Valve,Coolant with other Fluids. Whatelse should I replace at 90,000 service due? and is any other mail order shop who carrying all Lexus parts?? Anyone tried Kingsbrone cables for Spark Plugs??? Thank You. I saw somewhere on the net,think it was on the lextreme site a graph of the output on a LS 400....with and without a K+N filter and the engine ran more power with the stock Lexus airbox :o Many be someone else can back me up on this? Good luck with your service....i was told by a Lexus mechanic to only use a Lexus timing belt as other brands have been know to be not as good quality ;) Chips. Lexus dealers are very good at convincing naive owners that the 90k service should be done at 60K. K&N filters are not just useless as performance improvers they can cause real damage to your engine and/or emission control systems. Some of the oil in the K&N filter will wick off and then become attached to the downstream MAFS, mass airflow sensor. That will result in false air intake volume/flow indications to the engine ECU and you will end up driving with the wrong fuel mixture. Checked and inspected Belts only. Some folks said K&N Air filter Superior to stock. Anyone ACTUALLY had used or being used with K&N Air filter so far? Thanks. Irontoad has the OEM Lexus water pump for under $100, $88 for the pump and ~$10 shipping. Park Place Lexus has the tensioner, belt, and pulleys for about $250.
