It all depends on what you want to do. I have seen many single exhaust turbo charged sc300's, i am not sure why you would want dual on one side but that would be custom. Exhaust wise you can do anything you want by going to your local muffler shop. Power gains are tricky though, you wont get much power from a new set of mufflers maybe 1-2 ponies from just the muffler and then opening up the pipes to be bigger you may get 5-15 depending. But if you redo the exhaust system even though the power gains may not be huge at first that part of the car is no longer restricting power meaning other performance add ons will get you even more power.

If you do buy it back and want to part it out let me know I would like to buy the control arms if they are in good shape

I was a t a sight a long time ago that had a greddy kit and if i remeber right it wasnt loud at all it sounded pretty much stock

Mine was rear axel back, however i bought mine from a private party, he had bought it and then crashed his car. I dont know if he just didnt give me everything or what but it was cheap so i didnt complain. Hey I have run the borlas on my car and have had some friends run RMM. RMM was a little louder but less deep then the borlas. The thing to note with either of these exhaust systems is if you don not rerun new piping you dont get much noise at all which may be perfect for you if you want a little more growl without waking the neighbors. I have given up on both of those and have started playing around with different setups on my own. I am currently running 2.5 inch pipes from the cat back with an h pipe and 2 magnaflow mufflers that fit perfect, I even put on the orgnial tips. Ahhh cigarette lighters, mine went out about a year ago, i just replaced the whole thing it only cost me $17.00 from lexus. :D On a sad note my da** radar dector fell cracked open and crossed wires wich in turn fried two wiring harnesses in my car Total repairs with an employee discount 2900 and so far they have had it for three weeks another 2 to go unitll the harnesses are even here, Stupid wires being on backorder :(

I thought you owned an sc300 not an es or is???? also if you have the nackamachi stereo and amp there is "no harness" I would be a little carefull buying the one of ebay

Ever see a Dodge Durango side swipe a sports car hood at 55mph?? thats what happen to my suabru. Crushed the whole front end and bent my frame pretty good. The engine dropped back and down like it is designed to so I sold off the engine, the tranny, seats, dash, rear spoiler, rims with tirese, floor mats, then the bits and pieces.

Hell Yeah Bye it back and part it out. I had a 1992 Subaru SVX that I totaled. Insurance gave me 9000, i paid off my loan of 6000 and bought the car back for 1000. Leaving me with a plus 2000 and still my car. Then i parted it out and made another 3000. wasnt a bad deal at all.

Do you have a lexus, pioneer, or nackmachi (i think I butchered the spelling) stereo???

Question what about a 18x7.5 with a 42 offset??? A go or no go??

Hello Everybody, I am pretty new to this board but I have owned my 92 SC400 for the last 6 years. The one thing I know i have had troubles with is finding good places online to buy parts from. The tt setup is rumored to be well nicely put a bitc*. And the power gains werent that great. A company in california did a custom setup a while back for a guy. They were only running something like 8-9 psi, so about 4 psi on each turbo. I think the guy pulled 375 ( dont qoute me on that one ) at the wheels, not really that impressive for the money, I have heard a lot of success stories with a S1 trim supercharger though. Rod Millen Motorsports did a similar setup on a GS. I think a supercharger would be your best bet.

Hey whats up, I know that the 1UZ can be twin turboed, David Phan of Lextreme did his LS400 and can be seen at http://www.lextreme.com/tt.html I also know there is a company out there that does bell house matching. You can buy a supra 6 speed and mount it up to the 1UZ i just cant remeber the link it may take some digging to find that again.
