  1. i dont see why a trans change would affect emmisons.
  2. looks good. fogs are always available at the dealer but i guess you dont want to spend that much right? and i always see the grill on ebay search under parts and accessories and sc300 and sc 300. the space between the sc and 300 makes some difference.
  3. i just called and there is someone with a cleared loan thats ready to pick up the car tommorow <_<
  4. here are some pics of the turbo and the stock manifold i had to modify so that the new turbo would fit the stock manifold while i find time and make a tubilar manifold. the gt32 turbo is full garrrett no mixing and matching parts so its really good and 2nd day air really ment 2nd day air, an hour after ordering the turbo i checked my email and the turbo had already been sent and this was late afternoon too. i really like the company i ordered it from oh yea the site is atpturbo.com and the turbo i bought was actually about 650 but the shop i work for had an account so i got it a bit cheaper.
  5. looks good with the new style turbine!. how much was the overhaul? because i got a little bigger "replacement" for a project alltrac celica im doing i got a garret gt32 73 trim .78 a/r for like 600 bucks with shipping from atp turbo. its a little overkill for a 2 liter but its a suggestion for you if it doesnt flow enough for the 2j.
  6. i heard some where that these use a diode and a reflector or something like that to measure air flow. i dont really even know how it works
  7. may i suggest Bride? Recaro? they both make nice supportive leather seats.
  8. my bad fitment and paint will run maybe 2 grand totaling everything at 5grand...
  9. vertex now makes a sick wide body kit and its fairly cheap surprisingly. its only about $3000 for the whole kit! fitment and paint will probably run another 5 grand but well you will definitely stand out.
  10. haha ok everyone payup! :chairshot: J.K. worn ignition parts can cause to over work the coils. one affects the other causing the chain reaction breaking the weakest link. a gap that is too big on the plugs can do this. so i would advise if you havent changed out the cap, rotor, wires and plugs, now might be a good time to do so so you get a fresh start.
  11. yea if you take a good look the hight sensors have tierods to adjust height probably for adjusting height from the factory. if you trick the car in to thinking that the car is higher than it actually is (lenghtening the tierods) the car will lower it self. and they do sell the controller, i saw one in japan but its like 500 bucks so im not sure it works for the US stuff and do you really want to spend that much when you could spend maybe 30min. to an hour getting the hight right?
  12. hey good stuff! if you dont mind could you measure the outer diameter on the bigger bushing i am thinking of changing them soon and need to make a punch. thanks!
  13. the side view seems to have similar lines that of a G35 coupe...
  14. well you can either change the whole arm or have the bushing pressed out and buy an aftermarket one. if your going to change the whole arm i did a tutorial in the tutorial section on a step by step on how to change it.
  15. i had similar things going on a while back with my SC400. startd up fine then drove out the driveway and put mail in the box, when i got back in the car had a rough idle and barley made it back up my driveway. changed all ignition parts and last i found that it was the secondary coil on the left bank of the motor. i had to swap out with my LS to see if those were the problem. but after i chnged that out it ran just fine
  16. its probably your lower controll arm bushing
  17. hey some more pics of the ridge soarer. abit small and hard to see but here it is
