I feel your pain (really). I had a 96 camry in the body shop for rear bumper cover and when I went to pick it up there was a dent on the trunk, Looked like it was made with an awl or ice pick. Then they had to send out a pdr guy to fix it. I couldn't beleive they were going to give the car to me with that highly noticable dent and noone knew how it got there <_< Merry Christmas -
