I was thinking of going with PIAA lights for the low and high beams. They have the extreme white and Platinum Super White. Does anyone have pics of both or either so that I can compare?

Yo Syph I tried the lights and both were not the right size(too big). I was able to get the M28 in barely but the diameter on the M25(reading lights) was way too big. Did you use these lights, if so how did you make them fit?

I have a feeling that at the next LA auto show they will reveal what the next gen GS series will look like(just like with the RX330). I can't wait I am holding out on doing anything too drastic to my car until I see the next model.

I just got the bulbs I am about to pet them in. After it gets dark I will shoot one back regarding my opinion.

I do not think it can be done because between the stock radio and amp runs a data bus line and if you remove the stock radio the new radio wont have the interface to the amp. In other words they are married to each other. It is pretty easy to add an aftermarket amp. Hope this helps.

Wow I never heard of them before. Do you actually feel a difference from 91 octane to 94?

Thanks Sypher have placed an order for the M25 and M28 bulbs Let me know if you find replacement for the footwell lights. Appreciate all the help.

Where can you buy 94 octane? Is it at some special super gas station or what?

Aight I ordered those for the daytime running lights(haven't received them yet)I will see if they fit the front and rear top lights If so I will order more. But once again I don't heve any for the footwell they are a different size. Sypher what is the deal on the blurr covers just in case I can't find a hyper white? By the way I appreciate everyones helps I am sure that eventually I will get the liI want :D .

I checked and they have the dome and bottom door lights but they didn't have the 194 wedge(overhead and rear top door) and footwell lights for the interior.

The platinum has perforated leather, special woodgrain (I think chestnut or burlwood) woodgrain & leather wrapped chrome shifter, Black opal exterior badging with platinum side badging and special edition 16-inch alloy wheels.

Do anybody know where I can get replacement bulbs for the foot lights in the front and the back upper lights that come on when you open the rear door other then the amber stock ones. I want to go to hyper white so far I have changed the dome and door courtesy rear and front lights. I have tried various sights to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope to god that it doesn't look like that! I think they should keep with the Euro look it looks classy. I guess we all have to wait every redesigned lex thus far has improved I hope that they continue there pursuit for perfection. I agree with sky it does resemble an intrepid.

I won't laugh initially :snoooorrrtttt: I put my tint and top of the line security system then after that nothing for 2 years. I am starting to do thing little bit at a time. Wow you have done allot in a short period of time. It seems like your car may have been in the shop for mods from last summer till now.

I agree too much of something like that is NOT a good thing. Now if we could only tell that to people who put fake chrome looking window wipers on their rides then this world would be a better place. :D -
I say premium as well. Also note that the lower grade fuel burns quicker and I have heard that your car will not perform to it's peak capabilities. You do not want to put anything cheap in that expensive car of yours? :D

So does it fold up when your are not viewing it? I was thinking if I go this route that I would have some actuator hooked up so that I can have it open and close by pressing a button.
