I don't know where that goes but I can give a good tip that I use when working on computer parts. Take a picture of everything before you take it apart, that makes it easy to put it back together.

Also when you drive with low gas all the dirt on the bottom of the tank gets sucked up, not that good for the car if its old

I don't think anything is wrong, just that it hasn't been replaced in long time. I am using Valvoline Max Life DEXRON III Mercon and I let fluid drain out until it stops leaking. You said its a few drains, so maybe 5 or 6? Thats not too many and I can manage that! I did not want it to be 20+ times or something ridiculuous like that and be a waste of time. Thanks!

I've already changed 4 qt though and because the rest is burnt it mixes with new fluid and makes it look burnt too. I want to keep draining 4qts and filling it up untill all of it is new, just don't know how much fluid i'll need for that to work.

Hello, I have changed my transmission fluid filter and saw that my transmission fluid was very bad and burned and looks just like oil. I want it to be red! So I am thinking of opening the plug, let some flow out, add more, drive around, open plug add more and so on untill it is totally replaced. Has anyone done this? How many quarts would I need? I searched the forum and found posts where someone let some out and added more but noone that replaced all of it. Also, is there a automatic drain plug for transmission like the one at fumotovalve.com?

It happens because the tank underground at the gas station is really low and its hard for the pump to pump it. It happens a lot before hurricanes because people stock up on fuel.

at www.newlexusparts.com you can get the left signal light and also can try on e-bay if you want it cheaper. Also could try junkyards though I rarely see lexuses there, I think junkyards sell more expensive cars to dealers etc who can part it out and make money.

Hello my windshield wiper arms paint is etched away on the edge and it makes the car look old. I think replacing it would be very hard and pointless, so I want to paint it. Is that realistic, what kind of paint should I use, I want it to be quality not just spray painted. Here is a picture. It looks kind of like camera flash but its not and I could not get better shot. I am not a rim expert but those remind of a pot that you would use to make soup. You should photostop them into a picture of your car, then you could see how they look!

Hello I was just going to replace my pcv valve, i took it out and it was cracked and the bottom piece was still in there, as I was pulling i think it fell into whatever that part that houses it is. So how could I tell for sure if its there or not, the car drove fine so far no weird sounds, I hope it doesn't break tomorrow on the highway.

Hello, my interior top doesn't have a stain or anything like that but is just generally dirty. How would I clean it? My speedometer needle sometimes does not move, all I have to do is hit the cluster from the top, not too hard not too soft and it gets unstuck and starts moving, maybe it is the same thing for you.

Oh! I was thinking about the wrong dome light then :|. What about the lightbulb that is in the same place as the controls for the moonroof? That one looks just like a regular lightbulb is there a led replacement for that?

How could that led on ebay fit perfectly? Since it has two plugs and the regular bulb only has one, or can you just plug it in with either one and it will work.

This happened to my key also, and becuase of it the button and spring flew out too. I just bought a new one because to buy a used key on ebay and use it only for the plastic back part was $40. I don't think it would be legal for someone to make lexus key parts because of the Lexus logo on it, copyrights and trademarks and all that.
