  4. Here ya go. If ya do not see your apilcation on the site, contact them and they will take care of you. They are also an L.O.C. vendor. www.coolcarmats.com
  5. Form your worries about run flats and can of fix-a-flat, it sounds as if you have been stuck on the side of the road a few times.. :D
  6. The size is the perfect matched to this engines output. 90% of the exhaust system offered by GReddy/Trust is 60mm, this equles 2.38inces. Only with high horse power vehickes would you need anything larger. You are right about GReddy. GReddy is the US side of TRust Japan. TRust has no listing, nor have they, for an ES 300. Below is a link to the exhsut section of TRust Japan's web site. Hope this information helps. http://www.trust-power.com/01exhaust/index.html
  7. you better off just going to get a phone from one of the services in your area. the Lexus phone for that year is anolog. It just is not wroth the $$
  8. What i was saying is that to have piping made in that size. As far as GReddy goes, trust me when i tell you they do not make a system for the ES.... :D
  9. I do not think there is any company out there that nakes a cat back system for your car. You may need to look an uni. muffler system. For that motor you should have a piping size of 2.38ths inches.
  10. The factory system is an anolog set-up only. The trouble is finding a service that only offers anolog signal. Good Luck.
  11. There are so many places that you could go. I would first look to L.O.C.'s vendors. www.lextacy.com is one of those vender. We should support those who support us first..
  12. Patricia, I have the Toyo's Proxes T1-S on my both of my cars. I have had other makes of tires but i fell in love with the Toyos. Here is a link to the Toyo web site. http://www.toyo.com/tires/index_frame.html
  13. No problem. i saw that is where the topic was going and i remembered this tech sheet from a friend of mine and thought i could help. :D
  14. If anyone wants a sound clip of a 2002 GS 300 with a GReddy EVO on it just PM me with your e-mail address. On all of the 300 with cat backs, i have never seen one that is quit. The only time i have seen a 300 that was not loud was when the car had just rear mufflers. Anyway, i will send the sound clip to whom ever wants it. and yes it is kind of loud. Just as a note, most companies that make the exhaust systems are designed for the 8cyl. models.
  15. The following is a is a tech letter by Gary Whisler. It explaines what hub rings are used for. I hope this answers some questions soem of you. THE VITAL ROLE OF THE HUBRING DURING INSTALLATION by Gary Whisler Hub rings serve no purpose after installation, their entire job is to hold your wheel perfectly centered while the lug nuts are being installed. The hub rings sole responsibility is to take up the space between the center bore of the wheel and the hub of the car. For example: the center bore of all 4x100mm and 5x100mm wheels is 64mm. However, the hub diameter of the Honda is 56.1mm. Therefore to take up the space between 64mm and 56.1mm a hub ring is used. All wheels are classified as being either "Hub Centric", or "Lug Centric." The term Centric refers to the way a wheel is centered. In other words a hub centric wheel centers on the hub of the car, if you put the wheel on the car without lug nuts the wheel would be perfectly centered. On a lug centric wheel, the wheels are centered by the lugs as they are tightened down. Manufacturers build wheels lug centric to allow the wheel to fit a wider selection of vehicles. I cannot stress enough how essential it is for you to be certain that the installer of your Performance Wheel has used the correct hubring. Statistics show that the most common cause of a car vibration is a wheel that is off center slightly. For example, with lug centric wheels vibrations commonly occur when an installer tightens the lug nuts incorrectly, such as when they tighten one side before the other the wheel can be "pulled" to one side. This common problem could be prevented if the correct hubring was used during installation."
  16. I think you are speaking of the air flow sensor...
  17. You may want to try to contact Steve at http://www.lextasy.com/ From what i understand they deal in a lot of JDM parts for the Toy/Lex line of cars.
  18. What your speaking of ia called a speed limiter. Your friend woould need to have the main E.C.U. (engine control unit) reprogrammed to raised to a higher point. this funtion can not be completely removed but can be raised. Here is another problem. There are not many people that are doing IS E.C.U's. Your friend may want to look at a stand along computer. The would replace the factory E.C.U. with a unit that can be programmed via a lap top. If interested i can give more information, just drop me a P.M.
  19. Sorry, Here is the picture.
  20. I use Mobil One and i change it out every 3500. I also want to show every one soemthing neat. I used a relocation kit from a supra twin turbo to make the oil filter easy to get to. Here is a picture.
  21. RMM Sport Intake System (98-00 GS300) $299 http://www.rodmillenstore.com/gs_400/price_engine.htm IS2092 GS300 w/ Stainless exhaust manifold cover 2000-02 http://www.injen.com/toyota.html Dragon Intakes http://www.importstudio.bigstep.com/catego...l?UCIDs=1033402 AEM's unit is still in production. The unit, for the most part is the same as the IS 300 but the mounting points of the brackets are different. Dragon is just one more way to go that i found.
  22. ya for the most part it is. As far as price, you may want to look at the following site. You should most likely pay anywhere from 50 to 100 bucks each. Follow the link below for priceing. Or just do a web search for various OEM type units. http://oxygensensors.com/index.php?ref=Google
  23. Just an update for this topic. I just got a set of wheels of my 03 LX470 form the MHT site. I went with the Kaotic fix.(picture attched) in the size of 22 by 9.5. I will post pictures of my LX once they are installed. Again, here is the web site http://www.mhtwheels.com/ These guys are the only ones i found with a 5x1500 set up.
