Climate control temperature setting

I can only set the temperature on 18c or 32c, with difficulty even changing it between the two. Does anyone know how to correct that issue? ES 350 with luxury package, 92k miles.

There may be a "reset" procedure for the HVAC unit that a dealer can do to correct the problem, or its possible that the control unit needs to be pulled from the dash, and either have that temp button/switch cleaned/replaced, or the entire unit replaced. Good Luck!
