Recommendation For A Bluetooth Adapter? (Aftermarket)

I'm doing some research on a good Bluetooth adapter so I can make calls/listen to music wirelessly in the car. Here's the top two that I've seen so far. Does anybody have any experience with either of these two products? Which one would you recommend?

They certainly are inexpensive - not much to lose if they don't work or last. A number of reviews about the Tao on Amazon said that it failed after a few weeks or months. I didn't read reviews about the other one.

Your profile says 2004 ES350. What year and model do you really have? Both these products require a 3.5 mm aux-in to the vehicle audio system.
