hey paulo57509, thanks for the tip. yes, this is what i ended up doing. i bought the whole assembly and will salvage the pulley.

Hi, My steering servo gave up in my 1993 LS400 and when the mechanic took it apart he found that the vane pump pulley is bent. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued. Does anyone has recommendation where to get one? The actual part number is 44311-50010.
