Installing A Trailer/towing Bar On My 2002 Rx 300

I am interested to install a towing/trailer hitch on my 2002 Rx300 and have found several bolt-on kits that look like they will work.. Is there anything necessary to be done to the suspension?

As far as I know there isnt much that can be done....If you could find Air shocks then that might be a solution...The RX300 original equipment hitch is the best....looks better too...you might see if there are any in Ebay or local junk yards....This vehicle is not the greatest tow vehicle as it has a known weak transmission. YOu will defineltly want to increase your drain and fills of the transmission to every 15k miles. DO NOT do a flush....We on both sites stress this...The vehicle with factory tow is only good for 3500 lbs...There is also question of transmission cooler....
