jcrome04 Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Dude, get proper hood lifts... I got eBay ones for $30 and they're perfect. Is your hood bent into that shape or is it just bulging up.

Well, I put the old one back on, and the hood is fine, so I need at least one lift. anyone have one or two? billydpowell@verizon.net

Until you get the lifts, just use locking vice grips on the old struts whenever you have to work under there. Or use an old hockey stick between the hood latch and the the bottom latch.
