eatingupblacktop Posted August 4, 2008 Author Posted August 4, 2008 Man I sure hope Lexus goes in this direction. They have the best looking concept cars in the line up I think. Another very cool looking idea. Almost Ferrari (ish) in the tail section, but yet very Lexus for the front. I really like the no grill look. Speaking of Ferrari, how about this one (the sleekest Ferrari I've ever seen):
eatingupblacktop Posted August 6, 2008 Author Posted August 6, 2008 In the beginning there was this: Looks like a Lexus version of a Celica doesn't it
JENunnez Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 I like that concept, but it's funny how the side windows are getting narrower and the side of the car taller. I think it started with the Chrysler 300. Pretty soon we will be looking out of small slits.
smooth1 Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 I would really like to know why these are not released for sale. That is a cool looking car! Drop in the 4.3 liter Tundra V8 in that with forged internals and a nicely massaged turbo, and you have the next corvette beater!!!
JENunnez Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 From what I've read that's going to be a hybrid?
Alexander the o.k. Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Whoa. I guess we've we've reached the logical end? Could there really be anything beyond that? We could take a look inside one tho. How 'bout this-- Me likey. Except that the steering wheel is on the wrong side ;)
eatingupblacktop Posted August 8, 2008 Author Posted August 8, 2008 Just can't get enough of this version, so here's a few more large pics: What I want to know is how does one apply for the job this guy's got?
smooth1 Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 This looks like it could be Elmo's new friend! Or this car belongs to Grover for driving down Sesame street!
smooth1 Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 That's hot! It looks like a Lexus ate a Bentley! Nice! And hey DC, the Digimon car you posted from the UK,,,,,that is Uber hot!!!! I really like that car. I could easily see me dropping turbos and toys in that thing late at night! very nice. Where did you find that? Is it only an illustration? In fact where the heck are you guys finding all these?
eatingupblacktop Posted August 12, 2008 Author Posted August 12, 2008 This looks like it could be Elmo's new friend! Or this car belongs to Grover for driving down Sesame street! Here's a another angle that might give you a different perspective: The dash is what interests me.
