Ratatat
I had my rotors turned and put on new pads a month or so ago. It is now into the rainy season these days, and i notice that the rotors rust up real fast, overnite in fact, even with only high humidity. These are factory rotors, which are in good shape, which is why I had them turned. Just wondering if this is something out of the norm or not. JENunnez
Don't worry about it thats only flash rust which is superficial and with your first brake it disappears. I wouldn't worry it's normal.

Totally agree - surface rust on cast iron rotors is completely normal and not a worry.
eatingupblacktop
JE and TomJ are exactly right. Next time you wash the car, check out the rotors after the car has dried but before you drive it. They rust up very quick and clean up just as quick.
