Cherokee_Outlaw
I wouldnt see Lexus putting out a IS500 that is only 2/10ths of a second faster then the IS350.. at a $10-$20k increase!????? IS350 $44k 0-60 5.2 IS500 $55k 0-60 5.0 The IS500 would have to be in the low 4s..

caraveli
Lets see: IS350 0-60 5.3 IS500 0-60 5.0 IS350 4 Doors Saden (Wife not complaing of letting people in, and good for baby) IS500 2 Doors IS350 V6 Avarage 22 mpg IS350 V8 Avarage 18 mpg (Assuming) IS350 Fully loaded 42k IS500 Fully loaded over 59k (Assuming reg' model will be 55k) I think I will stick with IS350 for now. If I am going to decide spending in the 60k area I will personally go with the new M3 that is for a fact the best sport sedan in the universe. SKperformance
The car seen last year was the NEW IS 250/350 that did not have a 500 engine but was a Toyota Crown 4 door cut down the middle to reduce the overall length to fit the new drivetrain they were testing. I have seen the actual car that was on the German circuit in person . Another overzealous writer looking for a good story that doesn't exist
