Yup, did it for a small NYC(Greenwich Village) publishers a few years ago. We used a multi-million dollar electronic color scanner for the illustrations.

I should have grabbed a copy after it was printed & leather bound.....but I didn't. :cries:

available on Amazon for about $25.  Very interesting book.

Agreed, an Excellent read! :D Also consider getting a book called 'The Toyota Way' as it has info on the Lexus brand as well. B) ;)
