thepianoman
I had a 1993 SC400 which I had to trade in with 130K and a manifold leak into the main compartment. Since Lexus stopped making the coupe in 2000, I switched to an Infiniti G35 in 2004, kept it for 3 years and now am back in another coupe. 1999 SC400 with 34, 000 miles! SC4-93'MPLS
Like a lot of you, I drove a Acura Legend 93 Sedan L. Good car until the head gaskets blew (like many of you know happens too often) Before that was a Mitsu Galant. Then es300 96 and 97 Ls400. Both cars i didn't like so much.... es was to slow... Ls was to big.... Thats why the SC is perfect for me.....

touge_soarer
i used to drive a 97 hyundai accent GL sedan. i grew to respect those who tune accents with the 2.0 beta I/Beta II engines. they were rated to make up to around 420HP with stock internals. even more when you do mod the internals. im only referring to the 2.0L engines though. Before that my mother bought me a 95 Mitsubishi Galant S. I didn't like it until ive seen the VR4 models. it made my childhood dream car (Eclipse GSX) seemed obsolete and from thereon i always wanted those Galant VR4's that i hardly ever seen in the states. sometime around that i had this EVO syndrome where i couldn't stop thinking about DSM EVOs. it was like my drugs. :) lol..... whitesnake SC400
'86 Audi Coupe GT 2.3 - nice coupe, sister car of first ever awd rally car Audi Quattro. '90 Audi V8 quattro - nice ride, luxurious interior, very good winter awd traction. '93 SC400 - bought in NJ in 2003 with 130k miles when i was working in US. Took it back with me to Europe. Now car got 180k and still is daily drive. No major problem or investments needed. Quality of early lexus is amazing. I wish it had manual trans and little more engine power. Ted7
Before the SC, I drove this for 5 years, every day of the week, sunny or rainy, cold (record: 10°F) or warm (record: 105°F)... It has been the best investment ever I made I drove it for 70.000 miles and sold it the price I bought it! (even a little bit more)
