Es300 License Plate Frame

Hi, I just noticed today that cars without a licence plate frame are ugly. Does lexus es300 have an official stock one? Or do the dealers add their own with logo. Also, I bet if there are official ones they would cost $50, what should I do. Also what ones are quality? I don't want metal or anything, just tought plastic.

Dealers do sell one that is very nice that has the Lexus logo on the bottom for about $50. Check ebay, a lot of nice frames get sold on there. I have a simple chrome one that I think looks very nice. Plastic ones tend to look really cheap.

I have 2 Lexus license frames. One from Ebay that has a chrome finish with an embossed Lexus logo at the bottom, and the other (bought from Carson Toyota in Carson, CA for $35) which has a black nickel finish (to match the paint on my car) and a 'LEXUS' chrome badge on the bottom.

Texas just made it illegal last year to have a license plate frame (or any other object) that blocks any portion of your license plate...The cops love this law b/c almost every vehicle on the road has one and it gives them easy PC to pull you over.

I've always thought that license plates on the front of vehicles are ugly...especially when the vehicle was not designed to have one (and you have to add a kit to install it).

yes, that law is BS, and i have gotten ticketed for it twice...spendy..$150 a piece.

The blakc license frame definetely makes car look a lot better! Thanks for reply, I will look on ebay for them! Or maye custom one would be cool too, wonder though if i make a custom one to say LEXUS on it, if that would be trademark violation etc

I did get the subtle chrome frame with the black Lexus name for the back--$29.95, and the plane chrome frame for the front--$19.95.
