I just noticed that my firewall was off, so i went to turn it on. Now it won't let me. It says The firwall can't be opened because the associated service is not open, would you like to start it? (something like that) so i tried starting it, it won't! HELP!!! this problem popped up on me when i installed the free Microsoft Spyware remover.

i need help, ok. i connected my pc to my tv using the cord they gave me (the one connected to the pc looks like an S-video tip but it's not an S-video) and i got the pc screen to show up on my computer. now the problem, I CAN'T READ ANYTHING ON MY TV!!! the screen portrayed on my pc monitor seems "too big" for the tv screen. Is there any way to resize the computer settings so that it will fit my 27" tv AND set it in a way that I can ACTUALLY READ what I'm doing on the pc, like typing up this message?? I'm trying to read this message on my tv but i really can't read it and makes me feel like i need the HIGHEST magnifying glasses!

Thanks for the advice. I just purchased this car in September 2004 from Lexus here in Ausitn, Texas. It had 59,000 miles and is a certified pre-owned with a warranty. They had just completed the 60,000 mile service on it and I was wondering if replacing the battery should have been part of that service considering the mileage and the fact that the battery was original? If not, I'll just have to pay for it myself, any recommendations on batteries for the 2000 RX300? One of the repliers to my post said that the batteries at Lexus don't have enough apms. Plus I'm sure they charge way above what an average battery should cost. that's great you guys, either you guys got a good batch (becuz mine was the guinea pig) or they have solved it. Now to keep it rattle free, Don't drive over :potholes, fast drving over bumps, drive over a small curb, don't go offroad, or anything that will inflict any chances of rattles. Like i said earlier, my rattles only occur during winter but it seems to be rattle free during summer though! and i duno if it's only me, but the woodgrain on the side trimmings next to the nav aren't equal on mine. the left side is a little little bit raised up. small imperfections BUT aren't rattles. Just curious who else has that kind of woodgrain prob.

I had the tires rotated on the van at costco. Now i saw signs up at costco that said that they use nitrogen as their "air" for the tires. i forgot to ask them about it because it slipped my mind and just remembered when i saw the cover on the tires were green when i got home. Is it safe to use? Advantages? Can i check the tire pressure with a regular tire pressure gauge?? AHHH! I made a mistake in the title. I meant NITROGEN "air" for the tires, not hydrogen, no wonder it looked kinda worng. mods please change title!!!

I'm so for PSP. I think the DS wasn't constructed for a price tag of $150. When i tried one, i feel like the SP was better constructed than the DS! <_< Can't wait till the PSP come out this year! :D

unless you change the hinge of the visor, sorry to say, it's just going to be like that. That's the same situation with my odyssey, in which i really don't mind about it. Also, if i can remember clearly, the visors of my 00 RX were kinda flimsy even when it was new. <_<

lease, in america, is good because our mentallity here is "We will change it soon down the road" but if you live in different countries, changing a car as often as here is out of the question. So lease is great, and cheaper too! ;)

i see what you mean.. I think the reason for that is that you can now use the UP and DOWN arrows to scroll thru the different "types" of music when searching for a station in a place your not familiar with their stations. I think that's the best explanation for that. "RDS" button is used for turning into the "search for station" mode, i think. correct me on this. so now instead of pressing "RDS", just use the UP and DOWN arrows.

Not necessarily. You can put mp3 formatted songs on a CD too. ← 'i'm confused because i have a stereo here at home that's having cds problems. Sometimes it would read a cd, sometime not. When i burned that "so called mp3 cd" my stereo can read it loud and clear, as if it was a brand new stereo. so i was really wondering what format the songs are!

since your in south cal, go to Lexus of Westminster and look for Carey Thomas. I think Tustin Lexus gives out great deals too. I see a lot of people buying from Tustin and Lexus of Westminster, and I live in Fresno!
