I got one from a salvage yard right color 15$ and put it on, worked perfect

my 99 has 193+ and I recently replaced my lower ball joints, SRB's and tightened the top nut on the struts (under the rubber cover) about one turn. got 4 wheel alignment and it is so silent, it is like new... really...
I also have 2001 17 inch wheels with 235/55/17 Goodyear Eagles on it and it just floats on the interstate...
here is a current photo

Hi Brent, this thread is 6 years old, so you might not get the OP comments but someone will probably jump in to help you.... nothing like that has ever happened to me., so I am no help...

I think I would recheck my plug in connectors also..

So ball joints is all it needed? How many miles on it?
just look at the invoice, that is why it is there.

No it was just slightly pulling to the right and the steering wheel was also just off center and I thought new tires might bring it back but they didnt so I had it done... This was my wifes car until I sold my Black one and I felt the pull. now we share..

my nephew put my LBJ's in today and now I am safe again
the old ones were so loose I could move them with my fingers
let me ADD: new SRB's, BJ's and tightening up the upper strut mounting nuts (under the rubber caps in the engine compartment) has made my front end COMPLETELY silent again, like new... so pleasant to drive with NO noise/sounds... I got that strut/nut info off this forum or the CL forum.. dont overlook that.
