  1. Mike Your 2005 RX330 is GEN 4. I can help you with this. Need your email address, please Thank you
  2. Spray it with NOS. A number of manufacturers have lits available. A couple of them driving around Boca Raton FL right now.
  3. The poor communications of Coastal that you describe could be a negative when you need customer service with an existing product. Vaistech customer service has been excellent with me.
  4. Using both items together would be the best idea.
  5. I would be curious about the DVD bypass as well for a 2007 GS. I have a 2007 GSh and the navigation "temporary" bypass does not work (it's been removed from the new Navigation discs). Based on posts here and here, it is possible to create a new Nav DVD that brings back the override function. Thus far I've been about 90% successful -- can now enter Nav instructions on the fly, but the touch screen has become really sluggish ((<5 sec delay between press and action). I'm guessing it doesn't like the brand of DVD I used, so am going to try a different one... The brand I use is Verbatim DVD+R DL 100% success rate
  6. Nag Screen "I agree" is just part of the checklist for me when I startup, I have updated to v6.1 update in all our vehicles and the vaistech products were not affected.
  7. I had a five gallon spill of gas in our 06 Sienna Limited, didn't get a drop on the carpet. That is why I recommended Weathertech. This other deivice is perfect for hauling stuff that would scuff the sides of the vehicle. My two cents
  8. That sure looks nice, I use weathertech because it holds fluids.
  9. I prefer Vaistech adaptors, i have 2.
  10. I sincerely doubt that the average joe can get an SRT from 0-60 in under 5.3 from a stop light out of the blue. I wish more people understood this very statement. One of my daughters friends (16 years old) asked me what kind of modifications would I do to her Acura RSX to improve the performance. I said "before you modify the car, modify the driver"......
  11. Your 2004 LS430 is a Gen 4. You are interested in aquiring version 6.1 update. Please post your email for purchasing information.
  12. Dump the oil, put in Mobil 1 and rev away. You beat a Charger SRT, surely you jest!
  13. A new DVD from Toyota is $230-$250 a year, and do it yourself install is free. I think it is cheaper than buying a hard drive every year and paying for an install. My two cents
  14. 1998-2000 LS400 uses a replaceable hard drive that is updated through 2005. http://www.lexus-parts.com/partlist.asp?Su...&ModelID=21
  15. 2007 RX350 is a Generation 5 dvd http://www.lexus-parts.com/partlist.asp?Su...amp;ModelID=161 2004 LS430 is a Generation 4 dvd http://www.lexus-parts.com/partlist.asp?Su...amp;ModelID=105 They are not interchangeable. As you can see from the links the price for the disc is $299. You install it yourself, less than 10 minutes, and save yourself a bit of cash and avoid the "stealership". Backups can be made but I would only recommend the following media: Verbatim 8X DVD+R DL. It is the "only" consistently reliable media that works in new and older Lexus Navigation systems. Believe this to be fact. Cheers!

  17. Did you receive the disc?

  18. Why haven't you paid me? Why don't you reply to private messages?

  19. Yes it will increase intake noise. After years of using K&N air filters on a variety of cars I have come to one conclusion. They don't filter very well. When I have removed the intake manifolds on a number of Lexus & Toyota engines I find the same common problem. The paper element equipped cars are clean to the touch. The K&N filter equipped have a layer of grime inside the manifold. I have heard it before, the filtration is equal. But it is not. I change my paper filter every 5000 miles and I know I have better protection. K&N stops dirt, but not fine dust. My two cents.
  20. That is a Generation 3 disc, I can help you. Check your email for more information.
  21. Why haven't you paid me for what you ordered? Why don't you reply to emails? Why don't you reply to pm?

  23. When searching for Navigation DVD you should be looking for Gen 4 v6.1. That is the current latest. This website will verify it. http://www.lexus-parts.com/partlist.asp?Su...amp;ModelID=148
