Replace the neg. ground cable from your battery to the frame. It is shorting out from corrosion. But why would battery light come on while I'm driving when power is supplied from generator ? Double check all the connections. The cables could have breaks in them under the insulation.

Yes, Your mpg will actually go down with that intake. Lexus has CAI in all of there cars from the factory. Try new plugs/wires. Make sure your tires are properly inflated, Don't carry any extra weight in the car. Burn premium and clean the throttle body. Start with these suggestions and report back.

The injen intake is NOT CAI. It is a short ram intake.

Does that power the door speakers and the sub as well? The sub has it's own amp.

Well, this week my Hyper ground system and my MR voltage system should be here. So I will install that next and finish all the sound tuning. After that will be the brakes project. All the parts are still coming in, so once they are all here I will do that from start to finish. Along the way I will finish painting the new headlights, installing the halo's and putting those on the car. ( That is a major time project there!) and I also want to tint down the tailights. Almost black them out. What are you using to tint the tails ? Painting the headlights ?

The manual posted/stuck is an "OWNERS MANUAL" not a service or repair manual. ?? The manual I downloaded elsewhere on this forum is 1910 pages long! It is most definitely a repair manual. I also have the CD-ROM manual, and for that matter, an owner's manual, and neither discusses how to do either procedure.
