Hello, I am going to change the front strut mount on my 97' ES 300. I went to Toyota and got the mount, but previously when I bought the kyb mount they had a bearing, but this time I didn't receive a bearing. I asked the dealer and they said it's part of the new design. Does anyone know how to install it? Do I need a bearing because I'm reading Haynes Manual and it shows a bearing between spring upper seat and mount? Thanks

He knows toyota more then people who made it. when i call for ball joints to lexus and toyota they were asking for $269+ Part+ Allignment. isn't that crazy? Trust me. He is GOOD. Thanks,

if you remember, not long a go i have some noise problem and you mention ball joints. same time i did asked my mechanic for R&P installed price. He asked for $400, but he mentioned mine is in good condition. If wants in detail, i will follow. let me know. by the way i have new ball joints on my ES300(FYI Total cost $130) Thanks,

Hello, Finally, I replaced ball joints on my 97 ES300. Cost me $ 130 (includes parts)Mechanic told me you don't need to allign again. Other person mention anything you change in front, always good to do allignment. By the way new ball joint makes a differance in steering wheel control. What's your inputs? Thanks,

You lost all power steering fuild, that means you you leak. Where? i don't know look at pump, R&P. If you have change pump Rebuilt will cost you $300 (Including labor) if R&P needs to replace you looking $400 (Rebuilt and including labor) Hope this help.

Mechanic fix the front fender noise. But still that squeaking noise is comming when i go over speed bump. only thing i didn't change is the shock which is close to front engine mount. I did open top bolts and then try to pull and push by hand. yes it was moving by hand. so my question is: is that normal? Thanks,

As you know, I have 97 ES300. I changed following items. Front Lower arm controller bushing. (Both) Front KYB struts and mounts.(Both) Front stabilizer bar bushing. (Both) and all engine mounts And, still I am hearing some noise comes from front when I go over speed bump.
