10 and 2 Even if I have a passenger and we are talking, my eyes are on the road. Things can happen so fast. The other day I was driving on a divided street in a neighborhood. Something caught my eye and I looked off to the right for about 3 seconds. When I looked back at the road, I was about to hit the curb of the median. Eek! I would have been so upset if I had scraped my rims. That is my favorite part of my car. It only takes a second for something to happen.

We need to up the fine for people that are texting, or otherwise playing on their phone to $500. Maybe that would stop the distraction. I don't touch my phone while I'm driving. I love my health, my car and have too much concern for other people to jepardize any of them. In other words......shut up and drive.

Once he was forced to get behind me, he stayed on my butt. He was just waiting for me to give him something to pull me over for. Reminds me of the night I left my mom's house in my black WS6 right after I had my cut-out installed. Yes, those were my redneck days. Cop got on my butt and followed me all the way home. He was doing his best to find a reason to pull me over.

On a sweeter note, I beat a cop off the line today to get from where a 4 lane street becomes a 2 lane street. Nothing against the law about cutting a better tree.

Denny, you are so funny. You need to write a novel. What you stated is exactly why I don't care that my car only has 204hp. At least I have th F-sport packing so I can corner like a wild woman. I've never seen a ticket for taking a corner hard. It is also the reason I finally sold my Z28. There just isn't anyplace where you can have fun. :-( Bench racing was about all I did. Ahhhhhhh, just for one more summer of painting start and finish lines on a rural road. Cops didn't really bother you as long as nobody was complaining or getting hurt.

Have you checked with any neighbors or neighboring businesses that might have some survelience cameras? I'd want to fry that jerk.

Wow....a Maxima is FWD? I would have never dreamed. You know I had a 370Z before Lexie. It was a lot of car for the money. I had the base model, but it still comes with the 332 HP engine. It would fly. My problems with it were just too harsh of a ride, the seats were made of brick and there was too much road noise even though I used some sound barrier in the rear area. Maybe the touring version is more refined. I'm just too old for such a rough vehicle. It sure did turn the heads though.

I think the major factor is, which one can you afford. Of course I would always prefer a brand spanking new car. I had a car I showed. It stayed in the garage for sometimes years at a time. Things break and wear out whether your are driving it or not. Seals and rubber pieces dry out etc. just because it has low mileage doesn't mean the parts are like brand new. JMHO

I like that one a LOT better. Extra miles......heck, it's a Lexus. Sounds like he is a car guy too, which to me sounds like he would be more attentive to the vehicle and maintenance rather than buying one a man drove that isn't even able to make his own ad on CL. Just my opinion. You will be glad you have a clear title when you go to sell it too. Makes no since that it has a salvage title just because the wheels were stolen. I had a whole car stolen, it was stripped of everything, but it was repaired by insurance and still had a proper title. That is a red flag for me.

I agree with Denny (which is rare). ;-) Having a convertible, my heated/cooling seats get a lot of use. Mine get very warm, and can keep my body cool at 95 degrees. That is saying a lot for black leather in southern humidity. I also hear no fan noise. Take it to the dealership.
