The reason you wont respond to the redistbrution of wealth is because that is what is has been said by Obama. Its called class envy....But instead of hitting the pavement and trying to improve yourself many just want everything handed to them. What we basically have is a re-distribution of wealth. The Have nots dont want to work and the Have's have to pay for it. At least give us a write off on our taxes for the new dependent that we acquired without the delivery room experience. It isnt really reform, it is just another give away. Funny years ago a great democrat started the piece corp, (good thing) the thought is giving money didnt work. Giving the skills to people to support themselves was the real solution. So we sent young and old to foreign countries to raise their standard of living by sharing the skills to produce their own food, shelter, etc. That is real reform, get people back to work, let them contribute to the system to buy their benifits, and than fix all of the broke stuff in the health care industry. The list is already there... 1. Fraud 2. No coverage 3. Tort reform 4. Price fixing these are all problems. Put some people in the 535 of the royal family and make them solve these issues, not create another huge bureaucy.

Completely disagree. The NRA is the only thing between you and Government to protect your constitutional rights to bare arms. 1. I totally am for the ban on Automatic weapons. No place for them other than the military or police. 2. I have been trained for protection 3. Owning a gun would require a true safety course by everyone. Just like a drivers license. The course would have to be a minimum of 8 hours under the supervision of trained instructors.

Look at New York, Has the murder rate gone down since guns were banned.? Funny in cities in Arizona where you can carry, the murder rate is relatively low....Gang activity however throws everything out. They have the guns....and they are not legal. In Stockton the Cambodian gang just shot up a police cruiser before they could be stopped. The Mexican and Black Gangs are running ramport in Stockton....Oakland has had the same problem for years. Being able to raise doubt to the wack jobs of whom can defend themselves is the unknown in this equation. Criminals and wack jobs dont abide by laws. Only the innocent law abiding folks. If one lously individual had had a weapon to defend themselves maybe there would not have been 12 deaths and so many wounded. We will never know. Police with budgets being cut everywhere are responding later and you are at the mercy of the wack jobs. Something has to give. Only folks in a bubble think that taking legally owned guns from law abiding folks will solve this issue. My prayers go out to the family of all of the victums. The only deterence to force is having a strong defense. Sadly the only ones with force are the thugs and wack jobs. Slowly we are all having our right to defense taken away. Assualt rifles should be controlled, but handguns, shotguns, and rifles for hunting and defense should be our right. Cities everywhere have only experienced worse crime when guns are banned. The lowlife still use them to commit there crime with complete indifference because they know that police cant respond to our needs rapidly enough......

That $1900 was probably financed so the package is really bad. Oil changes can be done at Sacramento Lexus, however Maita Toyota can do them in their quick lube for a lot less. The only major items in that mileage may be a brake fluid change. Totally a rip. Heck for that money I would do your changes. Just kidding, I dont really enjoy doing them. Mine is enough work. Their is also many independents that do it, But dont suggest the Jiffy lube types....

so that works out to $200 per oil change....What exactly does the scheduled maintenance cover other than the oil changes...Do it cover brake fluid changes, coolant changes etc? If not you go ripped.

As for the parties like the affordable health care, how many have actually read and comprehend the stipulations in the BILL? This was an underhanded, poorly solved, and not supported by both parties. Usually the servos make a clicking noise....I would think the blower motor bearings are dry. I am a kind of guy that would take it apart and see if a little oil on the bearing stops the chirp. Than you would know for sure. As for part, Suggest joining Club Lexus and use Sewell Lexus as they give a discount to Club Lexus folks. Other sources exist also. By the way a little three in one oil would be just fine. Tri flow oil is my choice but finding it may not be as easy....

The scarey part are all of the TAXES (oh excuse me FEES) that Obama care is going to start charging when IT goes into effect. 3.8% realestate tax on sale of home for starters in 2013 (of course right after the election) How wonderful for the retires moving to downsize in the future. And the list will go on as we start reading what Congress didnt read before they passed it. THe only change will be the further destruction of the middle class with no means of ever funding this boondogle....Vote in November and understand what your doing.

I caught the Doctor billing for a visit where my mom had no visit. I would call that fraud. I turned them into the State Attorney General for the fraud, but never heard back....I wonder how many doctors or their staff pull that kind of stuff. By the way when I confronted the Doctors office, they hung up on me.

I can only relate when it applies to my mother and mother-in-law. They both have the billable medicals bills after medicare. As for myself and my wife we use a HMO (Kaiser Foundation) And I only pay co-pays for both visits and meds. But the fruadulant billing has been experienced with both mothers. There is just too many codes, subjective billing etc. If doctors were allowed to a item list with charges it would be a beneficial education to folks in what they are really paying. Would be interesting to see what the insurance companys charge versus eliminating them. I am aware of the cost of medical coverage for the year. Cant wait to see what happens when Obama care hits the fan.
