ok nc, absolutely agree with you....but how do we educate the failed policies of this president.? Too many only want a handout, instead of a helping hand. The backbone of the working class is in self destruct because of the we government can fix everything. That is a dangerous road to travel. I truely believe Obama's group likes the government is the solution to everything, and meanwhile pads their pockets. Dont get me wrong politicians on both sides of the isle are guilty of this.....

I dont believe Obama represents what the Democratic party was all about...He is secretive in his views. At least the former presidents, Clinton, etc you could understand where they came from. This man has a pursuit of direction that is not good for the American people. We have moved to a society of what is owed to me, not a society of what I work for is what I achieve. You can call it paranoia, but it is no worse than leading folks like the Jamestown massecre. Unfortunately we in the middle arent drinking the coolaid.

did you buy aftermarket thermostat. Some of the Lexus/toyota ones have a bleed valve (jiggler in them). I would only use that kind...

Does the lock cylinder turn? If so maybe the linkage in the door fell apart to release the lock. You will probably have to remove door panel and investigate. If it is the electronic door lock than the actuator is probably bad in the door itself.

Oh man, where is steve and paul, you started it NC....Hey I remember walking through the streets of DC back in 69, from out by the Air Force Base....Not much knowledge and too young to realize the danger. Good thing for a kind black couple that asked why we were walking the neighborhood so late at night. We told them that we were just poor servicemen that couldnt afford a taxi, and saw the lit capitol dome and thought it would be a great night to take a walk. Good folks everywhere, they gave us a ride into town from Suitland Parkway. Pays to trust your fellow man, God bless the honest folks of our nation. They recognized that we could have been a target (my buddy and myself) and did the right thing to show what we Americans are all about. I have always enjoyed my jaunts into the Beltway area....But hey back then the ghetto surrounded the city. Its better now, but kind of sad in those days.

Do you trust your mechanic.? If you see no leaks, than let it go...Have the fluid changed on the power steering and as for the valve covers could it just be oil spills from changing the oil. Also change the PCV valve as maybe the engine is building up too much pressure.

I personally would go with the 2004 or newer RX330, RX350 etc. The 99thru 2003 RX300 is a great car, but the 99, 2000, were prone to transmission issues...A clean good 2003 would be optimum. Otherwise look for a RX330 or above.
