i hear ya.... another thing you might wanna check are the wheels themselves... ocassionally through pot holes and what not the wheel it self can get bent. the damage doesnt have to be noticable right away... but such a change can def effect your ride at high speeds... nt

O, and do you know the width side wall stock width for the ls ? just wondering ? you said " conflicting " what would be the problem ? as it is a 16X7 wheel ... and i am just going up from 15X7... its just a matter of tire size i would imagine.... i mean ive seen people put is300 17's on the es300's no problem...

looking for tires ... but calculations tell me that 225/50/16 would work..... so i guess the tire is just ganna be a smaller side wall.... if i go with 205 (stock width)... then i need to get a 60 side wall (5 smaller than stock)... make sense ? now im just looking for the right tires... looking for some all season performance.....

for the cluster.... keep your eye out on ebay.... every now and then they have those for auction.... you might get lucky.... other things you can do ... is try and contact major junkyards and such.... you can get used es parts for quite a deal... so ... are there scratches all over the car then? i hope you dont pay more than what the car is worth, trying to restore everything back in place... good luck - neil

yea it was bound to happen ... after reading about it ... and seeing it happens to everyone the antenna .... dont work right... well.... the thing goes up... but then it gets stuck when there just a lil bit left to go.... and i have to pull it a lil... otherwise the motor goes crazy trying to pull it up .. ! same thing when its going down..... except ofcourse i have to give it a lil push before it starts .. and again motor goes crazy before i push .. so.... i have an aftermarket head unit {JVC}.... which basically the antenna goes up everytime you power the headunit... which i dont mind.... but what do i do.... i know that the fm button also power the headunit.... i have heard of somethings you can do with the stock unit in order to pop this thing out..... but what do i do ? thanks...
