    Go to your dealer and buy a touchup pen and put a drop of paint into the chipped area. I had the same thing happen to me......a small chip that I repaired this way.....I don't even notice it anymore. :)

    The problem is that after you remove the rear seats there are metal structural reinforcements that would block putting in these panels.

    No dealer will install a factory OEM Nav unit in a ES350 that didn't come equipped with this option originally. At this point your best bet is to buy a portable GPS unit, or ask custom auto electronic installers,(not Best Buy, or Circuit City) to see if they could retrofit some sort of aftermarket in dash unit.

    It's really nice to hear that you can compare a Jaguar XJR to an ES350. Pricewise, the comparison should be between an XJR to a Lexus LS460. I agree that the ES350 is a good deal. :)
