November 29, 2022 Can someone please recommend a good OnBoardDiagnostic tool for 2005 LS430 so that I can read the error code and what seems to be wrong with the car before deciding if I should get it fixed or not, and where to go for repair. I am hoping I would be able to buy it at Amazon. Thank you.

Here's a good comparison article about scanners. There are many really cheap ones out there that are not included in this list, but I don't think I would trust them for anything but a quick code read. The best OBD-II scanners in 2022 | Tom's Guide (tomsguide.com) You can also check to see if your neighborhood auto parts store allows you to borrow a reader. I've seen store employees go out and read the codes for the customer, who can then write them down.
