Anyone Have Weathertech All-Weather Floor Mats In Rx330?

Recommended Posts

Sorry, I orignally posted this in the wrong forum.

Anyone have WeatherTech All-Weather Floor Mats (part number: W40) in their 2006 RX330? These are NOT the FloorLiner DigitalFit product. I would like to know how they fit. Are they the exact fit to the 2006 RX330?

If not exact, they are very close. The front mats are just about perfect. The anchor clips line up. Rear mats are OK, but no holes for the anchor clips. Ordered tan color, but mats have a slight taupe overtone which is still a good match for the tan interior. These are good heavy duty mats.

I bought Husky Liner mats for the front, mid and rear cargo areas...shortly after we bought my wife's RX in April of '08 - they have been OUTSTANDING...GREAT fit, durable and still look fantastic after nearly 6 years! Got them on Amazon.

The WeatherTech mats also fit the 2004 RX330 perfectly. We have them in the front only since it's rare to have anyone in the back seat. This is our third season with them and they're still going strong. They can be a little difficult to clean, but I've found that soaking them with 409 or similar household cleaners and then a good washdown with a pressure washer works great. Sometimes it takes two washings, depending on how bad the winter was.

I have the Weather Tech digital fit mats in all my vehicles. They are expensive but excellent. I put them in the cars as soon as they can ship them after I buy a car. Had to wait a month for the mats for my IS250 since it was a new design.

I ordered digital mats for my 2015 Lexus RX350.  They are great and far better than had I just kept the carpet, except for one drawback.   I didn't know about the chronic sunroof leak until I found mildew in the carpet around the drivers compartment, under the Weather Tech.   Now I have to figure out how to get that out of the carpets.   If anyone has experience with proper cleaning without replacing the carpet, I would really appreciate your thoughts.   Now I have the track cleaned at each service.   Probably no more sunroofs for me in the future....
