pj8708 Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 Trip of about 875 miles last week in 95' heat, averaged 32 mpg for total trip. I was so proud of my ES350. (89 octane, 10% ethanol)

(89 octane, 10% ethanol) Congrats on your mileage! If I keep my speed to 70 or less, and the terrain isn't too hilly, I can hit 32 mpg's in my 2010 too. Sometimes when my wife is driving she'll see 33 mpg's, but that dips when I get back behind the wheel.
Paddyz Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 How is that possible with you guys? The best I have managed to get is 28.
He is The One 19 Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 How is that possible with you guys? The best I have managed to get is 28. That's amazing to me. I cannot manage better than 21 on my 2010 ES. Something may be wrong....
dcfish Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 That's Great, I personally NEVER use gas with ethanol...Not a good thing...91 or better always :) That's just me though...;)
KBRX330 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 We get 25-26 mpg city and 28-31 mpg hwy. That with almost 200k on the clock. But I only use synthetic oil.

Something may be wrong.... You need to have your looked at. we have never gotten below 24mpg on a 2GR-FE Toyota 3.5L V6 with 87 octane E10 gas. and we have had 3 of them.
bearone Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Where did you find 95' heat in this country, I live in Atlanta and freezing here. Great mileage, I can get 33 on the road with no A/C. Gotta love these Lexus cars.
