Roof Not Retracting

New owner of a 2002 SC430

When I try to retract the roof, a red light starts to blink and nothing happens.

Had a problem recently (about a month ago) with my battery and had to have it replaced. Checked owners manual and couldn't find any information. A buddy of mine is going to be checking it out in a few days...

Mostly looking for any leads as to what the issue might be.

Have you checked if the trunk disable button in the glove compartment is off?
