It looks like the car has the rear seat upgrade package and pre collision too. I wonder if this is a potential fraud or just a really really desperate seller?

Call the seller. The zip code is NYC but the area code is Maine. Ask the seller why the low price. I export used equipment and a honest seller will never be offended by a polite question.
