Does anyone know if you can buy the GPS Navigation that comes stock with the IS, and place it into an IS that did not come with it? If so how much and where can I find such a thing? Appreciate the help

Umm, yes you can, but why would you want to? I mean the stock nav unit in the IS 300 was not the pinnacle of Nav design by any means. You had to use a joy stick mounted on the center console to navigate the screens. You should really consider the Pioneer Avic D3 or Z3 instead. You'll get alot more features, and touch screen controls for way less money. Just an idea.
