SEXYLEXUS Posted July 31, 2007 Share Posted July 31, 2007 I HAD MY BAG STOLEN, AND INSIDE WAS MY MASTER KEY FOR MY LEXUS RX 300. I BOUGHT THE CAR USED SO I DIDN'T GET A VALET KEY. CALLED DEALERSHIP THEY WERE CHARGING $172 FOR A MASTER KEY AND $104 TO REPROGRAM IT. TOTAL $ 276!!!! angie7824 Posted July 31, 2007 Share Posted July 31, 2007 I just bought a 2003 RX300 from an auto broker. He only gave me a master key and a security key. I called my local Lexus dealership here in Los Angeles, California and they told me a master key is $287 and a valet key is $95. So if you find it a lot cheaper, let me know. Just all I have to do is have an automotive locksmith cut the key and I have to program it with my other master key. Their toll free number is 866-539-6362.
