17LexusOwner
I've been hearing about (and hearing) LS400's without their mufflers. I really want to do this to my own LS400 and I am wondering what steps and how much it would cost to do this. Also does the sound change if you take out the CC rather then leaving it in? Thanks. mc teg
Wondering same thing as you. Can you use 3" inch piping or would that have a negative effect such as power loss?
dcfish
#1 You need a certain amount of backpressure for the low end. 3" is fine if you have forced induction. You really need to research a bit more and ask more specific questions.
SKperformance
There is a very large thread with pics and ideas in it with lots of explanations for the LS.

Jify
Muffler Delete Mod Enjoy. Slightly different for 1st gens, I had to grind/cut off the back mufflers and then welded on straight pipes + tips.
