95 Ls 400 P170 Code

This code says there is a fuel trim malfunction on bank 1. Replaced o2 sensors on this bank not long ago, which took care of another code. Bit this one remains. Took apart maf and cleaned and replaced air filter. I am open for other suggestions.

From what I can find either a faulty MAF or a vacuum leak are most likely.
