Drained Battery And Resetting Computer

Recently, my battery had died. After a friend of mine recharged it and we restarted the car, the VSC and ABS lights came on and stayed on.

The next morning the lights were off when I started up the car.

Does anyone know why the lights turned off after the car being off overnight. Was the computer reset or something?

Hoping to learn.

When any Lexus with vsc/trac has a dead battery the system goes into same mode until it does a full check and then it turns them off by itself.

Nothing to worry about.
