ECT Switch...will I get better mileage in NORMAL? I am not a racey/fast driver necessarily, but I do hit it once in a while to get into traffic, etc.

It "can" give you better milage.It depends if you work with the slower throttle response and lower rpm shift patterns .If you try and hold the gas further down it will not change as you would only be making the car work just as hard.
