smasood Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Hi guys, My ES300 has flickering needles, just wondering if I can swap it with 1997 - 2002 instrument panel. Is there a lot of changes need to be made or can I just buy one from ebay of newer model and put it in 1993 ES 300. Any thoughts??
