Antenna On Rear Window

is the antenna on the rear window for the phone ? if it is , can i remove it , cause it looks ugly . would there be any problem if i do remove it ?

The black antenna with a round base is for the in car cell phone.

Since i doubt you can even use it then you can remove it with no problems to anything else.

If you have another kind of car kit or an adapter you can make it work with the same antenna as well for amazing reception and reduced radio station feedback.

Im totally interested and have wondered about using that antenna for the stereo!?! Does anyone out there know if and how it can be done? For what its worth i have 92 with nakamichi. Thanks.
