I just went to check my car and I got a "Code 21:Oxygen Sensor Signal or Circuit fault". Which Oxygen sensor is it on my 2000 RX300 with 1MZ-FE (3.0 c.c V-6) engine?

i'm not using an OBDII computer here. just a general Rennacs code reader. and it says exactly,

' EFI Fault Code Screen: '

' 21: Oxygen Sensor Signal Or Circuit '

' Last Fault Code In Memory '

change both banks oxygen sensor with O.E.M parts 89467-48011, and it still does not make any difference. what a waste of money. wonder if there is anything wrong with my ecu?
