windshield was replaced, but these clowns let some of the black silicone? (goo) land on a part of the roof.there are like 2-3 little chunks that can't be removed after 3 washes. any ideas?

It is ureathane and will dry very hard soon.

It is annoying to remove

they should have a good remover homedepot should have a good ureathane remover

Be very careful using a urethane remover from Home Depot, the paint on the car is urethane also.

I'd start with something like 3M's Adhesive Remover as was already suggested/.

I would take it back to them and tell them they need to pay for it to be removed by the dealer. So it is done right and the paint doesn’t get damaged. It is their screw up make them pay for it to get fixed. but take pictures first before you take it to get fixed. Just incase
