jeremyp Posted December 11, 2004 Share Posted December 11, 2004 They are junk. Fitment is terrible. Just spend the extra and get a decent body kit. You'll end up paying a body shop more in labor to fix the fitment issues than the difference in price. Do a search and you'll see for yourself. A 97+ conversion is easy enough for you to install yourself and parts can be found pretty reasonably through Carson Toyota in Carson, CA. georgebraica Posted December 14, 2004 Share Posted December 14, 2004 i don't know about the ebay one but i bought the VIS one, it fits allright after a lot of mods, but like it's 1/2 inch shorter where it's supposed to meet up with the fender, it's not clean. soarerTT Posted January 11, 2005 Share Posted January 11, 2005 i bought the one on ebay and have it on my car, it looks great, but i reinforced it all myself before i had it put on to make it stronger, and the front bumper might as well have gone on a different car, diddnt fit at all, but the place i got it at said they will fit it guaranteed for a price (i picked it up in LA to avoid shipping) but my body shop cut the bumper in half and molded it to my polyurethane bumper, kind of like a huge lip, but half the bumper, ill post pics wen i get them developed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
