I have a quick question for you Rx300 owners.....I just bought a used 2000 RX300 and noticed that my gas cap has no retaining strap to keep the cap attached to the vehicle (so you don't lose the cap). Is this standard? or does the gas cap originally come with some sort of retaining device/strap which keeps the gas cap attached to the car?? Thanks for your help!
