Can I use a back glass off of a 1999 LS400 for my 1994 LS400?

I would check with a dealer's parts department person to verify whether the part numbers are the same.

Comparing part numbers was my first thought as well.  However, even if the '99 window will physically fit the '94 body, the part numbers would be different.  1998-2000 rear windows have the radio antenna within and would dictate a different part number for the glass.

A better option might be to check with a salvage yard or body shop.  They should have access to a Hollander Interchange.  Although this may also prove a dead end because of the glass part numbers, they might know anecdotally if the glass will physically interchange.
