My drivers seat has a crack now, I'm thinking of going to a junk yard and want to see what my other options are. Eric5412 Posted September 7, 2004 Share Posted September 7, 2004 Mine ('96) just cracked too. The bottom of the drivers seat. I ordered a new one from the dealer($520) for just the leather cover on the bottom of the drivers seat. I got a quote from a local upholstery shop for $325 to re-upholster the bottom cusion,and he could not guarantee a 100% match. I plan on keeping the car for a while to come and the seat back is like new so I felt this was best for me.
